Pros: Simple but fun 3D tactical combat

Cons: Only 15 warships to choose from, not including the bases and minor ships.

The Bottom Line: Get it if you like to take a few minutes to blow up an enemy ship each day...great if you're bored, and does not take up too much time.

Pros: You get to captain a large starship. Excellent graphics. Typical "Trek" storyline.

Cons: Too linear. Gets a bit tedious after awhile.

The Bottom Line: A good game if you are a Trek fan or have ever wanted to sit in the captain's seat. It has great graphics but ultimately gets boring very quickly.

Review: It's amazing how screenshots can sell a game. I've never been a huge Star Trek fan, although I do enjoy the cheesiness of the original series. I believe the Next Generation series is very good, but have only ever watched a couple of episodes.
