Spongebob to the rescue!

Spongbob want to give Patrick Star autographs of their favorite super heroes...Mermaid man and Barnacle boy! But first he has many challenges.

We purchased this game to entertain my nine and 6 year old and found it be a bit challenging for my 6 year old. My nine year old daughter has really seemed to have caught on and my boyfriend enjoys playing it. I found it to be a little like the super mario bros games but with a "spongebobian" twist. My kids are constantly watching the TV show and the voices and sounds ring in my ears. Many of the voices do seem to match the actual characters with the exception of Mr. Crabs. The game itself takes you through numerous levels all the while your character(Spongebob) tries to locate various item such as sandwich fixins' and new weapons/tools to get through the game.

I found that there are a number of annoying background sounds that can be disturbing to your game such as constant beeping. The graphics are cute and landscapes are fun and colorful.

The game is rated E for Everyone but I think it's too much of a challenge for preschoolers-8 year olds.

The game is a one player game, uses one block in your memory card but you can only save one game it seems,and is vibration function compatible.
