Pros: graphics, gameplay is awesome, interesting story
Cons: those stupid trap doors!
The Bottom Line: By any means, play The Twin Snakes.
Review: Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes is an excellent blend of stealth and action. The only Metal Gear Solid that I had ever played was Sons of Liberty on the Playstation 2, which I liked a lot. Jumping in on the band wagon four games in wasnt ...

Pros: METAL GEAR ONE - yet sexier
Cons: Sometimes feels like MGS 2. Not all voices are in. A.I's alot to be desired
The Bottom Line: A great game with just a few minor flaws. Not quit as good as its "daddy" but still one hell of a fantastic play
Review: THE JIST Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes (Hence from here: MGS: TS)arrived onto the shelves of department stores, games shops and miscellaneous shops of the United Kingdom on the 23rd of March 2004. The platform that this was released on (obviously ...

Pros: Controls, cameras, characters, story, and cut scenes
Cons: None what are the cons?
The Bottom Line: The best game ever made for stealth gets better with a face lift and buying is the only thing to do!
Review: Metal Gear Solid the twin snakes is a carefully remade version of the old Metal Gear Solid. When it first came out it was one of my favorite games ever for the Play Station and I played it from my Freshman year up until I turned 21 and it was unique in ...

Pros: The graphics are newer, the surprises are abundant, the gameplay is renewed.
Cons: The controls sometimes are iffy, the acting is offbeat, the story isn't quite as compelling
The Bottom Line: Silicon Knights makes a worthy entry to the Metal Gear Series. Newer players must not miss this game. Fans of the series- prepare to be a bit skeptical.
Review: Solid Snake, a name clearly remembered and praised by fans of the action/stealth genre in gaming is appreciated as much as Mario is to the platforming world, as is Cloud to the RPG genre fans. Many people were awed in 1998 with the approach of a game ...

Pros: A very long, engaging, entertaining storyline. Good action.
Cons: Over too quickly after the 1st time. Not much incentive to play multiple times.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this for gamers new to the genre and to fans of the original. A shining example of an interactive movie.
Review: My library of GameCube games consists of mostly games that are exclusive the the GameCube, so after hearing that Konami and Silicon Knights were remaking this game only for the Cube, I was interested. I had not played either of the Metal Gear Solid games ...

Pros: Great stealth action, awesome visuals, fun gameplay.
Cons: Mediocre story, more movie than game
The Bottom Line: A keeper for any Gamecube owner, though you may want to have a bag of popcorn nearby.
Review: I've stuck mainly to my action/adventure and RPGs, but I decided it would be a good time to pick up a few shooters- after all, what's not to love about blowing holes in digital opponents? Included in the games I chose was Metal Gear Solid: The Twin ...

Pros: Graphics, new abilities, sound, still the same old MGS you love
Cons: Not designed for the new abilities, overdone action scenes, no extras
The Bottom Line: It's definitely wise to purchase this over the original MGS, but it's not as great as it should've been.
Review: The Intro: As I'm sure a lot of you know, Metal Gear Solid is an untouchable classic. The game that defined stealth action for years to come. And while Metal Gear Solid 2: The Sons of Liberty was a great game when it came to gameplay, the ...

Pros: Intriguing and surprising plot, Good voice-acting, Fun
Cons: Long cutscenes, Unrealistic at times Small problems with controls
The Bottom Line: At least rent it, and buy if you like to own good games.
Review: Metal Gear Solid: the Twin Snakes is a remake of the older version. The story has remained pretty much the same, and it goes like this: The fate of the world is threatened once again, by terrorists claiming to have a nuclear warhead this time. They have ...

Pros: New cutscenes, amazing graphics, excellent gameplay. Visually....stimulating
Cons: If you have played the original, not much is new.
The Bottom Line: Give it a try, it's worth the hours of uninterrupted (aside from food and bathroom breaks) play. Fun to MGS veterans and MGS newbies alike. Enjoy:)
Review: Like any other Metal Gear fan, the thought of Twin Snakes whetted my tactical stealth appetite. Luckily my brother bought it first. The first thing I noticed was the amazing graphics. The characters were not blurry as they were in MGS, and by god, ...

Pros: Awesome graphics. Utilization of MGS2 gameplay engine=better gameplay. One word: Ninja.
Cons: The controls take some getting used to/pitiful voice-overs/not as dramatic as the original.
The Bottom Line: Don't come in expecting to relive the orginal: you won't. The tone is completely different, and if that doesn't irk you, then the audacious controls and sub-par voice acting will.
Review: When I heard that they were gonna redo the original Metal Gear Solid (one of the two games that convinced me to get a Playstation) utilizing the game engine of MGS2: Sons of Liberty, and furthermore, in a match-up that must have been mediated by the ...
