Cons: Instruction manual, if experienced espresso making person you will be fine though.

The Bottom Line: If you are leary, buy from a place you can return it to. Take it home, try it, if you don't like it no harm done.

Pros: Great foam, hot milk, hot espresso with very nice crema, price.

Cons: Wish steamer could produce more steam before needing to reheat again.

The Bottom Line: I sincerely recommend this machine because it produces nice hot foamy milk and hot espresso with perfect crema (as long as you get the right coffee).

The Bottom Line: Cheap steamer,useless to anyone but a beginner. That beginner, after drinking one cup out of a "good" machine would not want this one either.
