Pros: Slick industrial design, fully automatic.

Cons: Better values out there, another relabeled machine.

The Bottom Line: I would recommend the machine to somebody if they found it at a reduced price. Other wise, look to Jura.

Cons: Large footprint; Noisy; Confusing initial setup; No water filter, expensive out of warranty repairs

The Bottom Line: I feel it offers good quality and works as advertised. I would consider other units because of cost and difficulty of repair. Recommend with reservations.

Cons: Broke twice. Sending it to New Jersey for repair a major expense. Poor customer support.

The Bottom Line: Avoid this machine because of its tendency to breakdown, and Krups poor service plan of a centralized service center for repairs.
