First time I have used this company to buy Q10 capsules, also fish oil capsules and glucosamine: I still have not received them, 13 days after my order was accepted online, and my credit card charged. The company has informed me that three packages were sent out by Royal Mail 1st class, and that 15 working days have to pass before they can claim them as lost from Royal Mail; they have no proof of posting. I shall not be ordering from them again.
