The website was clear and easy to use, with additional information on appliances to aid comparison of products. Ordering was very straightforward. Confirmation of the order, delivery details, terms & conditions etc. by email was prompt, but on some forms the size of lettering was very small and difficult to read. The appliance was delivered at the time specified and unpacked for me. The whole experience was much easier than I expected,cheaper and quicker than "high street" suppliers I have dealt with in the past.

I ordered on line. Customer service rang to tell me that that the manufacturers were quoting two weeks before the particular model in my desired colour would be ready. Four days later I received a phone call to tell me that the cooker would be delivered in five days time! Brilliant. Excellent. Appliance deals really look after their customers.

The procedure for making the purchase was simple and straight forward and the product was delivered on the date arranged, however, the delivery was some five hours after the latest delivery slot time. ie. slot 11:00 to 15:00 delivery 18:50.
That said, the price was extremely competitive and I am very pleased with the product.

have not yet received goods. they did not arrive when scheduled. when I contacted the number given, they could not find any info on their systems about the order although given the reference number supplied at the time of order. Delivery has now been rearranged.

It would be unfair to point the finger at Appliance Deals for the long delay in obtaining the item - over 2.5 months from original order date - as it was Hotpoint who are really to blame in this instance. They should have advised Appliance Deals that there was going to be a lengthy wait and then an alternative product could have been sourced.

Cannot find fault with anything. Item was in stock at a very competetive price, delivered when I requested. Goods arrived in excellent condition, unpacked and packaging taken away. I would definitely use Appliance Deals in the future should I require any other products.
